NOBODY’S PERFECT by Pat Ballard ****

I really enjoyed this book. There is a flow to this book that is so heartwarming. The story is centered around, Nella Covington a woman who has agreed to marry Samuel L. du Cannon to help him take care of his son. I am such a sucker for novels with children. I just love them!

Samuel is somewhat condescending to Nella and the only reason she puts up with it, is because she adores his son, Jake. Samuel wants a Mom for his son, and does not think of Nella as a real woman. All of this soon changes as they spend more and more time together and romance and RESPECT slowly blossoms between Sam and Nella. I love the fact that when different mishaps occur, Sam trusts Nella no matter what because of his love and respect for her.

This is a very good romance novel that will warm your heart during the holiday season. Happy Reading!
